Diamond Pacific Nova Convex sanding wheels are shaped to help the gemstone carver sand the scratches out of curves and grooves in stone.


Diamond Pacific Nova Carver wheels offer excellent durability due to their decades-proven Nova resin compounds used in wheel construction. Nova diamond wheel compound embedded with graded industrial diamonds are bonded to a plastic wheel core. Proven lapidary diamond wheel manufacturing offers a smooth, quiet running wheel for almost any Lapidary manufacturer's cabbing arbor.


Ideal for sanding scratches left work after gem shaping using Diamond Pacific Galaxy carving wheels when doing gem carving, lapidary intarsia, fantasy carving, custom body jewelry, channel carving, stained glass, or other applications that need curved edges.

Diamond Pacific Nova Carving Wheels must be used with water.


Use the 1/4" and 1/2" widths for narrow grooves and the 1" wide for larger ones. Four wheel diameters increase your choices. The wheel can be mounted on extra right-hand adapters for easy spin-on and spin-off changing of your far right wheel on Diamond Pacific's Gem-Makers.

Diamond Pacific Nova Carver wheels have 1" arbor holes and a hub width of ⅛". They can be installed on the Diamond Pacific Genie, Titan, and CabKing 6" or 8". Please ensure your lapidary machine is able to support the diameter wheel you are selecting. Nova Carvers fit directly on a Titan shaft. Extra spacers may be required for your machine to direct your water supply to the wheel as intended.
