Lapcraft Dia-Laser blades are ultra-thin, stainless steel diamond saw blades made to conserve gem materials when cutting valuable stones.

USAGE

Dia-Laser blades have thin rims which minimize valuable material loss when trimming faceting rough or premium cabbing slabs. These blades offer excellent performance with water coolant in smaller variable-speed saws like the Hi-Tech 4-5 inch or 6 inch trim saws, and Diamond Pacific's Wizard-4G Trim Saw. These blades can be VERY delicate due to their extremely thin cores, so care must be taken during use and storage to not allow them to jam, bend, or kink. Do NOT dress these electroplated blades.

SPECIFICATIONS

Dia-Laser blades start with thin, hardened, rust-proof stainless steel cores. A layer of premium multi-pointed diamond crystals specifically chosen for their strength and sharpness are securely nickel-plated to the rim maintaining an exceptionally thin and sharp cutting profile which cuts with speed and ease through the hardest and toughest materials with minimum effort. Blades may be nominally sized for identification purposes.
